      We’re excited to announce that Terry James Conra We’re excited to announce that Terry James Conrad: Object Permanence opens to the public on January 26. There will be a virtual reception and tour of the exhibition from 6-8pm on Tuesday, Jan. 26. Join us! (Link to come). 
This solo survey will include his sculptural printing presses made from found objects—one will be operating while in the space. Existing prints and those made during the run of the exhibition will be displayed. Handmade instruments, including a large sound installation, will be included. A large structure, inspired by a vintage voting booth will provide a base for a virtual Thursday night series,“Dispatches from The Iowa Booth,”in which Conrad will pull prints from his presses, collaborate with musicians, and converse with artists, scientists and others who have inspired him.
